Molekuler Docking tehadap Senyawa Eugenol dan Myricetin pada Tanaman Cengkeh (Syzygium aromaticum) sebagai Penghambat Pertumbuhan SARS-CoV-2

Abstract: Cloves contain many chemical compounds that can be used for health. COVID-19 is a disease shaking the world today. Many people feel impact of this disease. Until now, there no definite cure and vaccine handling COVID-19. Objective to determine interaction between in cloves (eugenol myricetin) main protease (6LU7). This study use molecular docking, method using 4 applications: autodock tools, vina, biovia discovery studio open babel. showed almost all amino acid residues eugenol myricetin worked on 6LU7 active site. The binding affinity clove plants does not exceed remdesivir, drug studied as COVID-19, while plant exceeds remdesivir. In conclusion, have better results growth inhibitor than eugenol.Key words: Cloves, docking. Abstrak: Cengkeh memiliki banyak kandungan senyawa kimia yang dapat dimanfaatkan bagi kesehatan. merupakan penyakit mengguncang dunia saat ini.
